When feeling off balanced, ask yourself this:

Did I journal today?
How much time have I spent on social media?
Did I encourage myself today?
Did I move my body?
Am I hydrated?
Did I eat to live or did I live to eat?
Did I lift myself and my family up in prayer?
Did I do something I love?
Did I show gratitude for the things I do have today?
